Our Infrastructure
For smooth and streamlined execution of all trade activities, we have established a state-of-the-art facility of infrastructure within our premises. It covers a wide landmass and properly segmented into several departments which includes Manufacturing / Casting unit, Machining unit, Designing, Quality control etc. All departments are handled efficiently by our specialized professionals.
Our Manufacturing Facilities
We have our own manufacturing unit with the following capacity installed :
- Bronze Casting Capacity – 8 Ton per Month.
- Aluminium Gravity Die Casting Capacity – 15 Ton per Month.
- Furnace Type – Electric Arc Furnace. (EAR)
- Crucible used – Graphite Crucible.
- Crucible capacity – 300 kgs., 500 kgs. & 700 kgs.
- Raw Material Used – Pure Copper, Tin, Phosphorus, Aluminium, Lead, Zinc, Silicon etc.
- Machinery Used – CNC Lathe, VMC Milling, Redial Drill, Shaping etc.
- Packaging Material Used – Bubble Plastic, Brown Paper, Lubricant, Silica Gel, Wooden Box etc.
Our Quality Assurance
Our quality of products has won us the trust of numerous customers spread all across India and the overseas. We work with the vision of providing our customers complete satisfaction in terms of the quality. We have testing laboratory equipped with Spectrometer, Hardness and Tensile testing equipments. All material is supplied with full satisfaction in accordance with the ordered specification, both chemically and mechanically. Material is checked and tested at every stage of production right from the Raw material stage to Casting to Work in Progress to Finished Product. Finished material is subject to rigorous test by testing Chemical composition, Tensile Strength, Elongation and Hardness. We give necessary test certificates along with our supplied products.
